Plans and pricing
are meant to be simple and straightforward, the way we like things to be.
What our plans include:
All office visits and communications with your physician at no additional cost.
Convenient and timely access to your trusted physician for any unexpected needs.
Annual comprehensive health assessment, including review of all recommended preventive care screenings, ordering and review of biometric lab results, EKG, hearing and vision screening.
Referrals and coordination of care with any outside medical services (specialist care, ER, hospitals, Physical Therapy, etc)
In-office testing such as urine screening, urine pregnancy, strep, influenza, and EKG as necessary.
Minor office procedures such as skin laceration repair and suture removal, skin lesion/mole removal/biopsy, cryotherapy, PAP collection, among others.
There is a one-time fee of $150 for your initial visit.
We will work with you to coordinate the receipt of medical records to ensure the information is available at the time of your first visit.
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)
Pricing:
Membership includes two OMT visits per year. Additional treatments are $125 per session.
Non-member consultation and first treatment $250. Additional treatments are $175 per session.
OMT sessions are generally 30-40 minutes, while the first visit may be up to an hour. They are all unique and tailored to each patient’s needs.
